Operator Assisted Conferencing - FAQ

WHAT IS OPERATOR ASSISTED CONFERENCING?

Operator Assisted Conferencing is used for audio conferences that are very large or need special attention. An operator is available to dial out to participants, place participants in conference, conduct Q and A sessions and manage all the technical aspects of the call.

WHY WOULD I NEED OPERATOR ASSISTANCE WITH MY CONFERENCE?

There are several reasons why Operator Assisted Conferencing is sometimes necessary. Large-scale or high-profile events such as investor relations calls, board of director meetings and complicated conferences often need the special services provided with Operator Assisted Conferencing. If your conference has the potential to exceed 125 participants, then an operator assisted conference is required.
