Aspen's straight cost fee is reason enough to sign up immediately. Only pay the per minute rate. Aspen charges ZERO startup fees, no monthly fees, hidden fees or management fees. We will only charge a small recording or uploading fee for server storage, if utilized. This is a distinguishing feature which separates us from other service providers.
USAGE REPORTS
Approximately five minutes after every conference call a "Real Time Usage Report" is generated and sent to a moderator's e-mail which shows the duration of a conference call, who attended, the phone numbers of all participants, location, and the stretch of time every participant was on a call. In addition to these features, the Real Time Usage Report also shows which Microsoft® PowerPoint® slides were viewed and for how long.
ASPEN'S VALUE ADDED FEATURE
The ability to present Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations is a Value Added Feature which is in place to accompany the audio portion of Aspen's conferencing system. Moderators can control a conference on the Web just as well as they can over the phone. All controls are visual.
WEB CASTING/RECORDING
Aspen offers the capability of webcasting conferences to thousands of participants. This enables people to interact over the Web by listening to a conference call over one's computer speakers and watching the visual through one's computer monitor. Aspen also offers the ability to record both the audio and visual portions of a conference. Once a conference has been recorded, a link is sent with the "Real Time Usage Report" which gives people the ability to playback the conference or forward it to others.
USAGE AGREEMENTS
Aspen's usage agreements state that companies who utilize the service will pay their bill in a timely manner. There are no unnecessary quotas to meet or long term contractual agreements which lock a company into an exclusive arrangement.
