WHAT IS RESERVATIONLESS CONFERENCING?

Reservationless Conferencing is Aspen Conferencing's toll-free, audio conferencing service. With this cost-effective service, you only pay for the minutes you use.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR SERVICES?

We offer several sign up options for our Reservationless Conferencing service. Visit "Get Reservationless Conferencing" and we will assist in getting your account setup. If your company already has established a custom account and you need to add yourself or others as moderators, select the 'Add Moderators' option.

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN I HAVE ON THE CONFERENCE?

Up to 125 participants on the phone and thousands on the Web.

HOW IS THE SERVICE PRICED?

On a per minute usage basis based on volume. There are no taxes, set up charges or hidden fees. To request specific pricing information, please click on the "Pricing" link to the left and an Aspen Conferencing representative will respond accordingly.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD CONFERENCING SET UP?

The standard conferencing set up consists of moderator PIN conference activation, a tone sounds when participants enter and exit the conference and the conference ends when the moderator exits. To learn more, click on the "Features" button under "Reservationless".

CAN I RECORD MY CONFERENCE?

Yes. You can record* your conference from the Web or the phone. Simply press *2 on your telephone keypad at any time during your conference to record the audio portion. *FCC law requires that the recording party inform all participants that they are being recorded upon entering the conference.

CAN I USE MY RESERVATIONLESS CONFERENCING ACCOUNT WITH ASPEN's WEB CONFERENCING PRO SERVICES?

Yes. Web Conferencing Pro is Aspen's Web conferencing service that helps increase participation and productivity share files and applications and use digital whiteboards for a fully interactive experience. You can select the purchase plan that works best for your business using your current Reservationless Conferencing account. For more details, visit the "Web" section of this site.

CAN I HAVE INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS ON MY CONFERENCE?

Yes. With Aspen Conferencing's International dial-in service you can provide a local or toll-free number to your participants located abroad. No additional set up is necessary. To receive your dedicated international dial-in numbers, simply contact your Account Manager by calling 1-800-363-9527 or sending an e-mail to sales@aspenconferencing.com. Alternatively, simply instruct your participants to dial in using the International Dial-in number on your moderator card or dial out to your international participants. WHAT IS WEBCASTING?

Webcasting allows you to broadcast your conference over the Web live or for later playback. Your audio conference and any visuals you are presenting are synchronized so that participants can listen and view your conference on their computer as it happens, without using their phone. By clicking the 'Record' or 'Webcasting' buttons from the Web interface, you can record the audio and visual components of your call.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?

Reservationless Conferencing uses everyday tools the phone and the computer to make your meetings more effective. For the audio component, all you need is a touchtone phone.
To use the Web component, you need:

  • Computer with at least a 28.8K Internet connection
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x or higher
  • Netscape Navigator 4.x or higher
  • RealPlayer G2 or higher
